Planetary systems are formed in circumstellar disks around young stars. Observations of the disks to derive their structure and evolution are thus crucial to understand the formation of planetary systems. In order to understand the formation and evolution of our Earth and earth-like exoplanets, on the other hand, it is essential to determine structure and dynamics of the Earth's deep interior from geophysical observation. Interdisciplinary studies will be emphasized to understand the formation and dynamics of planetary systems and Earth-like planets.ADDRESS
